A Comedy Self-help Podcast to Make Life Suck Less!

By The Power of Greyskull... Uh... We mean HABIT!!!

Aug 28, 2020

Habits, right? Those pesky little things that seem benign but are actually responsible for the majority of our behavior?

Did you know that we brush our teeth every day NOT because it's good for our dental hygiene, but because a very smart man created a habit for Americans 100 years ago?

Thank goodness, right?

Today's episode has us geeking out about brain science (STEM!) and lots of insights around how habits shape individuals, organizations and societies.

This week, we're reviewing the New York Times Bestseller The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg.

Originally released in 2012, this book spent more than sixty weeks on the NYT Bestseller list!

Charles Duhigg is a Pulitzer Prize–winning investigative reporter for The New York Times. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Yale University, and a frequent guest on This American Life, NPR, The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer, Frontline, and other programs.
